2025 Quartet Classic Open Competition - 2025-Jun-17

Every June the Friends of Harmony has a fun evening of Quartet singing as a friendly bragging rights competition for who can be most entertaining and sound the best. This is a fun low stakes opportunity to sing with people otherwise you might not normally have a chance to sing in quartet with, as well as encourages exploring other voice parts.

The main purpose of the event is to encourage and promote quartet singing and to give all who desire the opportunity to sing with three others and make some four part harmony in front of each other; the chorus members, friends, family and anyone else who wishes to drop in and listen.

To keep things fresh we will have a category for "Not Your Part" where for example a person that normally sings as a Bass is singing Tenor, along with a Baritone singing the Lead part (and so forth) for a given song. 

Open and welcome to all to participate or listen, whether you are interested in singing a song with other existing chorus members, or bring your own quartet and partake, that is up to you!

Please come join us for a fine evening together with special guests coming from the Jamestown chapter to serve as "judges" and to also perform.
